Accountabilities

• Creating and updating dashboards that provide insight into spending and cash availability for the full organization
• Creating a link to bookkeeping systems that allows for up-to-date information to be available to users
• Creating different dashboards that respond to the needs of different budget holders/ users
• Defining processes to ensure that budget updates are processed into dashboards, where relevant
• Creating controls for overspending, where relevant
