Accountabilities

Providing confidential intake conversations to anyone at the organization reporting or witnessing unwanted behaviour
Supporting reporters in deciding on next steps and, where wanted, accompanying them through internal or external procedures
Registering complaints confidentially and documenting handling and outcomes per Dutch vertrouwenspersoon standards
Reporting aggregate, anonymized patterns annually to an internal Trust Person without breaching reporter confidentiality
Maintaining their professional certification and registration as vertrouwenspersoon
