Purpose: NGOs / nonprofits achieving maximum impact through optimal outsourced operations management
Theory: The nonprofit world is full of organizations with powerful missions. But their operational systems are slowing them down. Too often, People are forced to become accidental experts in HR, Finance, Legal and Tech just to keep things running. Time is lost, stress builds, and high-potential teams make less impact than they could. Not for lack of effort, but for lack of shared infrastructure and support. Scope: Starting nonprofits, likely up to a few dozen employees, based in the EU and only The Netherlands at first
