Project timeline
- January 2025: This project started with a "circle pledge" after completing the circle program at The School for Moral Ambition.
- Q3 2025: Find a (full time) co-founder to actually start the organization with my help (4hrs a week)
- Q4 2025: Interview 10+ nonprofits in our target audience, potential partners, funders, do more desk research...
- Q4 2025: Create short slide deck with pitch, theory of change, financial business plan
- Q1 2026: Raise investment together with the co-founder from 3-5 impact angel investors, incorporate a (steward owned, for profit) business entity
- Q1 2026: Get first few customers onboarded for a small subset of services
