Most tools nonprofits use offer free or heavily discounted plans. The hard part is knowing which deal exists, which plan is right for a small nonprofit, and how to claim it. This is the list we actually use and set up for the organisations we work with.
Many deals run through one of two verification services. Get verified with each once, and you unlock everything they cover. You don't need ANBI status, merely a KvK PDF proving you're a stichting.

Deals change. Confirm the current offer before you count on it. Most need proof of nonprofit status (KvK registration; ANBI where relevant).

Where to start
For a small nonprofit, the essentials are Google Workspace (email and docs), Slack (chat), and Asana (work tracking). All three have free or near-free nonprofit plans through the routes above. Add the rest as you need them.
